You can create extra hot wallet accounts on any supported blockchain. They're all generated from your NUFI wallet's recovery phrase, so one recovery phrase backs up every hot wallet account you create (for all chains).
Steps
- Open NUFI and log in with your wallet password.
- Click + Add account at the bottom of the accounts list in the left-hand panel.
- Select Add new account. This creates a hot wallet account from your NUFI recovery phrase. (To add accounts from a Ledger, Trezor or other devices, choose Add new HW account instead.)
- Choose a blockchain and click Continue.
- Choose an account. NUFI lists the accounts available from your recovery phrase.
- To create a new account, select the newest one in the list.
- You can also restore an older account from this list, including any you previously removed with Forget.
- Name the account if you like, then click Continue.
Good to know
- Filter by chain: click a chain's logo under Blockchains at the top of the left panel to show only that chain's accounts.
- Missing chain: if the blockchain you want isn't listed, click the gear icon next to Blockchains to enable it.
