You can stake the FLOW on your Ledger Nano S Plus, Nano X, Stax or Flex through NUFI. Your staked FLOW stays under your Ledger's control, and every staking transaction is approved on the device.
Before you start
- Pair your Ledger's Flow accounts with NUFI. See Manage Ledger using NUFI wallet.
- Connect and unlock your Ledger, open the Flow app, and close Ledger Live. Make sure the firmware and Flow app are up to date.
- Keep some FLOW unstaked to pay transaction fees.
Steps
- Click Staking in the left-hand sidebar and open FLOW.
- Click Stake FLOW on your Ledger Flow account.
- First time only: follow the prompts to create a staking collection, a one-time setup, and approve it on your Ledger.
- Enter how much FLOW to stake, and choose a validator or use the recommended one.
- Review the transaction in NUFI, then approve it on your Ledger.
- Your FLOW shows as Committed until the next epoch starts (up to about 7 days), then becomes Staked. Your first rewards arrive in about 1–2 weeks, then weekly.
- Rewards aren't staked automatically. To keep them earning, restake them; to spend them, withdraw them.
