Problem:
I sent crypto from an exchange to my NuFi wallet but it hasn’t arrived.

Solution:

Transfers can take a while if the exchange and/or the blockchain is busy.


If the exchange has provided you with a transaction ID, use this on a block explorer (like Cardanoscan or Solana Explorer) to verify that the transaction has been submitted. If it has, then you can be sure that your funds will arrive soon. If the transaction hasn’t been confirmed by the blockchain, you may need to contact the exchange for further assistance.
