Problem:
When I try to send funds from an exchange to my NuFi wallet, the exchange says ‘address invalid’ and it won’t let me complete the transfer.
Solution:
Make sure you’re withdrawing the cryptocurrency using the correct blockchain/network.
For example, if you’re trying to withdraw ADA to your NuFi wallet, make sure the network selected is Cardano, since your NuFi wallet’s address won’t be valid on another blockchain (e.g. Binance Smart Chain).
Popular cryptocurrencies exist on multiple blockchains at once, meaning you often have the choice of 2 or more different networks when you withdraw. Be sure to choose the network used by your NuFi account.
