Problem: I see the error message ‘block height exceeded’ when trying to submit a transaction on Solana.

Cause: Your transaction wasn’t included in the upcoming block and now it won’t be processed. This can happen when the blockchain is congested, and is more likely to happen if you aren’t using priority fees.

Solution: Try again, and consider using priority fees to incentivize a Solana validator to include your transaction over others in the next block – this will greatly boost its chances of being submitted.

If the Solana blockchain is congested, you can further boost your transaction’s chances of being submitted by choosing to submit it through NuFi’s RPC too.

This option is available when transacting inside NuFi wallet (e.g. send Solana assets, manage SOL stake accounts, or swap Solana tokens) and also while using Solana Dapps with NuFi’s browser extension wallet.
