Problem:

I created a new wallet and then paired my hardware wallet but, after I imported my hardware wallet's accounts, only one account is showing and other accounts on my device are missing.


Solution:

If you have multiple accounts in your Ledger or Trezor’s wallet (e.g. you added additional accounts while using AdaLite and now you’re migrating to NuFi), you’ll need to import each account individually because accounts are not imported in bulk.


From the Accounts tab, click ‘Add Account’ and follow on-screen instructions to import additional accounts.
