Problem:

My seed phrase isn’t recognized when I try to restore my wallet; it always worked in the past but it isn’t working now.


Solution:

Please double check your mnemonic/seed/recovery phrase by accessing your wallet on whichever interface you used in the past, and then make sure you’re entering your mnemonic/seed/recovery phrase using lowercase letters only when you restore a wallet on NuFi.
